Travancore or by using any Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card. No Fee for
SC/ ST candidates and sons of serving/ ex-Junior Commissioned Offcers/
Non-Commissioned Officers/ Other Ranks of Army and equivalent ranks in
the Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force
