For Research Executive:    Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics /Business Administration.

For Research Assistant:    Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics /Business Administration.

For Project Assistant (Prog.):    Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics /Business Administration.

For Project Assistant (Accounts):    M.Com with basic computer knowledge with tally, with minimum 5 years experience

For Research Assistant:    Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Economics /Business Administration.

For Fashion Technologist ( Readymade Garment):    Graduate from NID/NIFT. 3-4 years working experience as Fashion Technologist/ Master Trainer

For Project Helper:    H.S.L.C passed. 1-2 year experience working as office helper in any Govt. or Non Govt. office with having basic Computer Knowledge.

Education/Degree should be from recognized board or university.

Selection Process: Selection process for IIE recruitment 2015 at Assam will be based on the Personal Interview
