Assistant Engineer	See Advt Notification below	Graduate in Civil Engineering with 05 years regular service as Junior Engineer (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 08 years regular service as Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Central/State Government, Semi - Government/Government Sponsored/ Autonomous Body etc.
Security Officer	See Advt Notification below	The Officer must be working as Sub - Inspector or equivalent post and having 5 years regular service in Central Police Organisation (Para - Military) or in Arunachal Pradesh Police or in any State Police Organisation

The application must accompany with (a) up - to - date ACR Dossiers of the candidate concerned or attested photocopies of the annual confidential reports/APAR for the last five years, (b) Vigilance Clearance Report clearly indicating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned, (c) statement showing the minor/major penalties imposed, i f any, and (d) Integrity Certificate.
